Butt Mullins Restaurant in Naas. Proprietor Mary Mulligan. Left hand wall was part of old town wall, and this was the North gate.
'Butt' is a handball term but this has nothing to do with the name of the restaurant as it is called after a small man called Mullins.

Congratulations on an excellent site. I lived next door to Naas in Ballymore Eustace. While I heard of Butt Mullen's Pub I never heard of an alley there. Naas I believe had an alley known to me as Timmon's alley - is this the same alley?
