The walls of this alley are not plumb. It seems that the front and right hand side walls were originally support walls, built at a slight angle to support roads and buildings at a higher level. The left hand side wall may have been built to create this alley. Read More......

The Hospital was first built in 1830. The alley was used a lot in the memory of an employee working there since 1977, and has been added-to often. The top of the Front wall is built of brick on top of previous wall of cutstone. The Back wall was added later and is built of concrete block. Read More......
