This alley was roofed in 1980. This roof was removed in recent years. Leinster champions - Joe McArdle, Peter McAuley, Stephen Flood, Robbie Maher, John McAuley, Michael McAuley - were members of Dunleer handball club. Peter McAuley also won senior All Ireland titles.
